You must enable your webcam or nothing will going to work. "New Game" button only shows up at top as soon as your camera is live:

Moving the mouse cursor over the partner video panel will bring incoming streaming settings. You may allow or disallow  Audio, Video and tune your speakers:

Move the cursor over to your own video panel to change outgoing streaming. Set your mic from the dropdown, tune mic volume, choose camera and check or uncheck audio sending

Once everything is configured you are able to chat with video streaming. At anytime you may disconnect the current user and press "next" to find a new random one.
